November's jobs report was weaker than analysts expected, but still showed signs of a strong labor market.

According to the Labor Department's latest analysis, the U.S. economy created 155,000 jobs last month, mostly in the business, health care and manufacturing industries.

The unemployment rate held steady at 3.7 percent for the third straight month, which is the lowest it's been in decades.

The Labor Department also tweaked some numbers from the October and September jobs reports, lowering each month a bit. Still, the economy has added an average of about 170,000 jobs each month for the past three months.
